The Driver Backup & Restore Tool is a lightweight utility that allows Windows users to easily back up and restore system drivers via a simple, menu-driven interface. It automatically requests administrator privileges and supports both English and Korean languages for international use.

💾 How to Use

▶ Using the .exe version:

1. Download DriverBackupTool.exe.

2. Run it directly (it will auto-request administrator rights).

3. Choose your language (English or Korean).

4. Select an action:

   • 1: Back up drivers to C:\Backup_Driver

   • 2: Restore drivers from an existing backup folder

   • 0: Exit

💡 No need to right-click and select “Run as administrator” — it's handled automatically.

📁 Backup Details

• Default backup folder: C:\Backup_Driver

• Drivers are exported using Windows' built-in DISM tool.

• During restore, .inf files are installed via PnPUtil.

⚠️ Notes

• Designed for Windows 10 and above.

• Only .inf-based drivers are restored. Drivers requiring .exe installers won't be restored.

• During restoration, Windows may prompt for permission to install unsigned drivers.

🧪 Creating the .exe (if needed)

To convert the batch script to .exe, consider these tools:

• Bat To Exe Converter (recommended, GUI-based)

• Inno Setup (for full installer UI)

• PS2EXE (for PowerShell conversion)

Recommended settings:

• Enable "Run as administrator"

• Set to console mode (for menu interface)

• Optionally, add a custom icon
